Once Human

Simplified or Complete Task Mode Explained

Choose between Simplified and Complete Task in Once Human to modify how fast you want to finish a quest. Learn the difference between Simplified and Complete task mode, and the best mode to pick for your playstyle.

Simplified or Complete Task Mode Explained

Two options will appear when you start a new Once Human season: Simplified and Complete. These modes will affect how fast you can do a quest.

Simplified Mode lets you get the rewards of a quest that you've completed from the previous season without playing the cutscenes while Complete Mode lets you play the quests normally without skipping the dialogue or cutscenes.

Should You Choose Simplified or Complete?

Choose Simplified For an Easier Time Completing Tasks

If you've already did a quest once from previous season, choosing the Simplified Mode is the optimal choice as it lets you automatically get the reward when you talk to the quest giver. This also means that all the dialogue and cutscenes of that quest will automatically get skipped.

Choose Complete to Replay Tasks From the Beginning

Dialogue with Ridley

If you want to relive all the memories of playing through the quests that you already did before, then the Complete Task Mode is the perfect mode for you. This lets you see all the cutscenes, dialogue and get all the rewards like your first playthrough.
