Secure Prism Deviations in contest areas in Once Human. Read on to see how to secure prism deviations, how to get them, phases and phase events that help in securing Prism Deviations, tips on how to secure them, as well as a list of all Prism Deviations and how to get them.
List of Contents
Prism Deviations are a special type of Deviation as securing these will increase your faction's Prism Energy. Prism Deviations have varying values that determine how much Prism Energy is added to your faction's total. Take note of the conditions needed to secure them:
After capturing a Prism Deviation, you will need to establish a territory within the contest area and place the Deviant into Isolated Securement Units. Be careful though as securing a Prism Deviation marks you on the map for everyone to see, including your enemies!
After some time, secured Prism Deviations will generate Prism Energy and transform in regular Deviations.
Do note that Prism Deviations in securement facilities will also escape if the territory it occupies is destroyed.
Prismverse's Clash Tips and Tricks to Do First
Some of the Prism Deviations can be found by fishing or gathering resources in contest areas. Doing so does not guarantee a Prism Deviation as they only have a chance to be found.
For the bulk of the Prism Deviants, you can find them by participating in Public Crisis Events in contest areas. Prism Deviations are always guaranteed to appear in these events.
You can check if Prism Deviations are available by heading to the Prismverse's Clash menu. If the number is greater than 0, Prism Deviations will appear in Public Crisis Events in contest areas. This refreshes at 12:00 and 18:00 server time.
Phase | Duration | Public Crisis Events |
---|---|---|
Phase 1: Prism Descent | 5 Days | ・The Dark Side ・Dig to Hell ・Cargo Conquest ・Securement Silos: PHI, SIGMA, EX1 ・Monoliths: Ravenous Hunter, Treant, Shadow Hound |
Phase 2: Clash at Blackfell | 7 Days | ・Paradise Lost ・Operation Chiron ・Securement Silos: ALPHA, PSI ・Monoliths: Arachsiam |
Phase 3: The Last Stand | 7 Days | ・Manibus ・Sproutlet Conquest ・Securement Silos: THETA ・Monoliths: LEA Research Lab, The Forsaken Giant |
Each Phase will feature different game modes or Public Crisis Events that players can take on in order to secure Prism Deviations. The Public Crisis Events available will change depending on the Phase, giving players a variety of game modes to play.
Phase Event | Duration | Description |
---|---|---|
Prism Descent | Phase 1 - Phase 3 | Applies to all phases. Prism Deviations shall spawn during every phase. However, Berserkosaurus Rex only spawns during Phases 2 and 3, and The Radiant One only spawns in Phase 3. |
Sanctuary | Phase 1 - Phase 3 | Applies to all phases. Every day from midnight to noon, all buildings are under protection and receive 70% less damage from opposing Metas. |
Everybody Wins | Phase 2 - Phase 3 | Applies to Phases 2 and 3. If the leading faction has 60% Prism Energy, it gains a 20% buff to Prism Deviation securement speed. Meanwhile, the trailing faction gains 20% DMG Reduction on its buildings and a 20% buff to gathering efficiency. |
Phase Events act as conditions for each phase and can give bonus utility or indicate if a Deviation is available. Take note of each Phase Event and strategize with these in mind to maximize your faction's efficiency when capturing Prism Deviations.
Tips to Secure Prism Deviations |

When constructing a base in contest areas, its important to keep in mind that players from the opposing faction will do their best in destroying that base to prevent you from securing deviations.
Be sure to create a base capable of withstanding attacks before even beginning the capture of a Deviation to have the highest chance of securing a Deviant and its equivalent Prism Energy.
Support players from your faction by defending their base from members of the enemy faction to help them secure their Deviations. Communicate with other players in your faction to make the most out of a base defense as there is strength in numbers.
Remember, each Deviation secured will add more points to your faction's total Prism Energy. Let's remember to be a team player so everyone in your faction can reap the rewards.
Each Phase has Milestones that act as additional utility each faction can use to their advantage. One of these are the Sanctuary hours, which take place between midnight and noon each day and causes buildings to take 70% less damage from players.
While the damage mitigation does not guarantee enemy players will stop attacking your base, this can significantly help players to defend their bases and allow for a more ideal time to secure Prism Deviations.
