Double jumps in Once Human are not normally available to players. To gain access to the ability to double jump, players need to drink a Stardust Energy Drink.
This item grants the Skybound buff for 30 minutes when consumed, allowing those affected to jump twice.
List of All Food

The recipe for the Stardust Energy Drink becomes available once the player has unlocked the Dishes IV Node, which costs 10 Ciphers and 5000 Energy Links, as well as requiring the prerequisite nodes to be unlocked.
Crafting these drinks at an Electric Stove or Kitchen Set is one of the main ways that players can consistently get access to double jumps.
List of All Memetics

As an alternative to Stardust Energy Drink, you can also drink Jump Booster, granting you the Double Jump ability for 30 seconds, which you can activate up to 5 times, for a total of 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Jump Booster Specialization: Is It Worth It?
Jump Booster is a Machinist memetic specialization that unlocks the Jump Booster formula. This allows you to craft Jump Boosters.
Keep in mind that this specialization may not always be readily available, as it can only appear at Levels 5, 10, 15, and when selecting a Specialization, you will choose from four random options that cannot be rerolled.

Once you have consumed a Stardust Energy Drink or a Jump Booster, to double jump, press the Spacebar to jump again while in the air after the first jump from the ground. Note that the ability to double jump will expire when the Skybound or the Jump Booster buff wear off.
