Start the Welcome! side quest by talking to the Chatty Beverage Machine in te main building in High Banks. Look out for the Ede roaming in front of the building as it can hit you with its ranged attacks.

You can start Welcome! by going to the exact location indicated above in Broken Delta and interacting with the Chatty Beverage Machine.
You'll need to gather three beverage bottles for the Chatty Beverage Machine which you can find by following the quest markers. Rotate the sheep dolls at the designated spots to retrieve the bottles then return to the machine to complete the side quest.
