For players experiencing this issue, the game does not display the full list of available servers, and the account's created characters goes to 0/10, regardless of previously created characters on the account. The bug is currently under investigation by the official Once Human team.
Deposit Function Causing Item Loss
There is currently an error causing items to disappear when deposited in storage for some players. The Once Human team is aware of the issue and are actively working on a fix. They assure that once the issue is resolved, the lost items will be returned to the players. Additionally, those who encountered the problem will receive compensation.
