The contents of each crate are randomized to a certain degree for each player.
The weapon crate is located inside the Panorama Grocery Store.
A second weapon crate can be found inside a house in the residential zone south of the town square. You will find it on the second floor inside a child's room.

The contents of each crate are randomized to a certain degree for each player.
This gear crate is located on top of a building near the main building marker. You can spawn your motorcycle to get to it quicker or use the ladder at the far building and then jump on the rooftops to get to this.
Alternatively you can go up the ladder on the far side, and use the rooftops to land on this building where the gear crate is located.
Highland Mystical Crate Location

This Mystical Crate can be found on top of a building near an air conditioning vent. To get to this, you can spawn your motorcycle and use it to climb to the roof of the building. Alternatively you can use the stairs at the far end, then jump on the rooftops.

This Rift Anchor is located near a children's playground near the location marker.
Highland Morphic Crate Location
Morphic Crates can be detected using the flashing indicator on your Cradle. When you are near a Morphic Crate, the indicator will blink yellow. Its blinking intervals will speed up the closer you get to the crate. Press Q to reveal the crate. Kill it to collect its contents.
