Players are experiencing a bug that causes item loss and module loss in Once Human. See how to fix deposit function item loss and territory module loss bugs, how to prevent item and module loss, as well as what these bugs are in this guide!

The Once Human developer team has acknowledged the bug and is currently in the process of fixing it. Players will be properly compensated and have their items returned in-game as the devs continue to work on the issue.
The Once Human team has officially announced that they have begun implementing fixes for the Territory Module Loss bug. They are performing the fixes in batches across server regions, and the process is estimated to take 2-3 days.
During the bug fix period, the team will be removing anomalous data from the game, which may result in some buildings being dismantled. All affected objects will be returned to the players' vaults during this process.
Any lost items will also be returned to players, and compensation for these issues will be provided via mail.
As of the moment, the best way to prevent either bug from occuring is to refrain from moving territory and depositing items until the dev team has announced that all the bug fixes have been completed.
The Deposit Function Causing Item Loss bug is a bug that causes items that the player deposits into storage to be lost instead of being stored properly. There is currently no known way of retrieving the deposited and lost items.
The Territory Module Loss bug causes players to lose parts of their territory after moving it from one location to another. There is also no currently known fix for getting what was lost back.
