Complete the Carnival of Doom Quest by picking up the Pistol at the Junkyard in Broken Delta (3676, -7085). You can obtain a Voodoo Doll as a reward after completing the mission.

There is no known way to currently farm Voodoo Doll deviants other than finding them in Strongholds. There has been some luck in Fort Eyrie, Alternate Reality Research Institute, Coastside Plaza, and Sunbury Middle School.

To use Voodoo Doll, you'll first need to place it in a Securement Unit. Try to fulfill its preferred environment to maximize its Power and Mood.

Sync Voodoo Doll to Your Cradle

Combat Deviants like Voodoo Doll can be used to fight alongside you in battle either offensively or defensively to help you take down enemies. Make sure it is synced to your Cradle first so it can help you out in battles!

Press E to Use Your Deviant's Skills!

In battle, pressing the E Key will pull up a menu wherein you can choose which action they will take, you can either use one of its two skills or have it return to your cradle.

Absorb Damage Taken By Allies

VWhen aimed at an ally, the Voodoo Doll can absorb a portion of the damage that the player would have taken.

Reflects Incoming Damage to Foes

Alternatively, when targeted at an enemy, a portion of the damage taken by the player from said enemy would instead be inflicted back to the enemy.
