Get to the pinned coordinates, then take the zipline up. Once you get off the zipline, you should be able to see the weapon crate on top of a white container.

From the location of the earlier weapon crate, jump and glide to the building surrounded by lava. Take the elevator in the building and reach the top floor. Take a zipline to the location of the weapon crate.

This gear crate can be found near what appears to be an old department store on the northwest side.

The mystical crate can be found inside one of the buildings in the middle of Ashenton. Go to the building pinned, and climb a few stairs to locate the crate.

This Rift Anchor is found on the southwest side of Ashenton at the top of a building. This requires using the zipline from the location of the Mystical Crate to access. It won't directly take you to the roof, you must climb the black goo to reach the rooftop itself.
