Located inside a locked room with the mystical crate and a gear crate, inside the building. The building is located south of the main facility and you will have to get a Rosetta V2 Access Card ,by defeating elite enemies, and use it to unlock the room.

Alpha Institute Rift Anchor Location

Helipad in the North

This Rift Anchor can be found on a helipad located north of Alpha Institute.

Alpha Institute Morphic Crate Location

Morphic Crates can be detected using the flashing indicator on your Cradle. When you are near a Morphic Crate, the indicator will blink yellow. Its blinking intervals will speed up the closer you get to the crate. Press Q to reveal the crate. Kill it to collect its contents.

Eliminating the surrounding enemies will be key as they will cause you much trouble as the Bruiser carries a shotgun.

You can climb up to the roof and glide to the side entrance and gain the high ground. There you can strike fast undetected.
