Secure the Sutherland Chemical Plant Restart the Generator Reset the Fertilizer Factory Rescue Emi

Secure the Sutherland Chemical Plant

Meet Denzel Lambart at the Sutherland Chemical Plant and he will ask you to eliminate 5 deviants to secure the area. You can find 5 of them inside the warehouse nearby. Report back to Denzel Lambart when you're done.

Restart the Generator

Follow the quest marker towards the generator. Investigate the distribution box and reset the generator to get it going again. Return to Denzel Lambart again when finished.

Reset the Fertilizer Factory Using the Control Board

With the power restored, head to the fertilizer factory to turn production back on. Head up the stairs to your left and interact with the control board to reset the production line.

There is a weapon crate you can loot at the top of the stairs on the opposite side of the control board.

Loot the Mystical Crate

There is a Mystical Crate inside the factory and you should loot it first before returning to Denzel Lambart to progress the quest.

Take the elevator on the first floor and follow the rafters then down the ladder to access the Mystical Crate. Back track to the elevator and return to Denzel Lambart.

Rescue Emi

The final step in this side quest is to rescue a certain Emi. Follow the quest marker to the building to the north and go up the stairs.

Interact with the trash bin emitting a purple smoke and follow the quest marker again to find Emi in the corner of the room. Speak to her and go back to Denzel Lambart in Meyer's Market to conclude the side quest.
