Dropped by Scorchers

The Artisan's Touch deviant has a chance to drop from Scorchers. Scorchers can be found in Greywater Industrial Zone (4717, -3049) and Hearst Industries (6120, -6018).

The Artisan's Touch is not a guaranteed drop so it may take you multiple attempts before getting one!

How to Respawn Scorchers

You can make Scorchers and other enemies respawn by logging out, waiting for a minute or two, and then log back in. Just make sure you log out at a safe area!

Alternatively, you can teleport to other areas or change worlds, but this method uses Energy Links and you'll have to deal with cooldowns.
