Unlock the Securement Unit Expansion Node in Memetics

Once Human - Securement Unit Expansion I Memetics Node

To increase their Isolated Securement Unit limit, players will have to unlock the Securement Unit Expansion nodes in the Memetics screen.

Securement Unit Expansion I will increase the unit limit to 10, while Securement Unit Expansion II increases it again to 20. Note that the first node is a prerequisite for the second.
