The Crimson Moon Event has arrived in Once Human, bringing eerie lunar disturbances and a wealth of exclusive rewards. Running from February 12 (post-update) to April 24 (PT), this limited-time event introduces Rubies, a special event currency that can be collected and exchanged for various in-game goodies, including weapon skins and collectible furniture.

Defeat Deviants

Defeating Deviants is one of the primary ways to collect Rubies during the Crimson Moon Event. Take down these twisted foes to earn Rubies. Note that you can collect Rubies at any time, even outside of the Lunar Oracle phase.

Gather in the Wilderness

You can also gather, mine ore, and chop wood to occasionally find Rubies. However, this method is not recommended as your primary way of collecting them since Rubies appear only uncommonly.

Progression Rewards

Once Human - Crimson Moon Rewards
As you accumulate Rubies, you’ll unlock rewards at set milestones, similar to the battle pass system. These rewards include consumables, cosmetics, food, and other items that become available as you reach higher stages. Keep collecting Rubies to claim everything before the event ends.

Note that there is a weekly cap on the number of Rubies you can collect. Unused capacity rolls over for up to 4 weeks, ensuring that you won’t miss out if you fall behind.

Once you’ve amassed a collection of Rubies, head to the Ruby Shop to redeem them for:

  • Exclusive weapon skins – Customize your arsenal with limited-edition designs: Crimson Flash for the DE.50, ACS12 and MPS5 weapon lines!
  • Furniture formulas – Unlock stylish decorations to personalize your base.
  • Additional surprises – More rewards await as the event progresses!

As the Lunar Oracle reaches Phase 3 in March, players will gain the ability to dye furniture formulas, offering even greater creative freedom in base customization. Keep an eye on official announcements for the exact launch date of this feature.
