Beets

Once Human - Beet in Overworld

Beets are an essential component in crafting Sanity Gummies, as Beets are refined into the Sugar that is needed for the recipe. 1 Beet is 1 unit of Sugar, which translates into one Sanity Gummy when cooked at a Stove, along with 1 unit of Water (either Boiled or Pure).

Players can find lots of beets to harvest for their seeds at the farm in Meyer's Market, in the Broken Delta region.
