Can Only Be Found via Fishing

The Electric Eel can only be found via fishing in the Way of Winter Scenario and every other scenarios.

It isn't a guaranteed catch, so you might need to try fishing a couple of times before you can get an Electric Eel. We recommend fishing at a dock, so that you can buy bait from Margerie if ever you run out.
