You will find this crate inside a draped area in the underground facility of Mirage Monolith. You will have to find the elevator located in the end of a hall near the first weapon crate. Once you get to the underground facility turn right and you will enter a room where the second weapon crate will be.

Use the gate as a funnel and the gate can block the Bruiser's movement. Eliminating the enemies surrounding the Bruiser will be key because they are the only ones who can do any big damage from a distance.
