Once Human - Unlock via Memetics
The wish machine can be unlocked in the memetics menu for three ciphers. Once unlocked, it can be built in the player's territory, provided that the materials required for it are available.

Memetic Requirement

Wish Machine Eager to fulfill others' wishes, deeply interested in the Ancient One's murmurs in Chaotic Cortexes.
Get from Logistics branch, Tier 3

How to Use the Wish Machine

Purchase from the Blueprint Shop

Once Human - Purchase from the Blueprint Shop
Items can be bought directly in the blueprint shop for a set amount of Starchroms. It is recommended that the blueprints be bought straight up instead of rolling the dice.

How to Get and Use Starchrom

Play the Make a Wish Minigame

Once Human - Play the Make a Wish Minigame
Players can spend Starchroms to play the Make a Wish minigame. Players would have to click on the targets that appear on the holes in order to obtain the rewards. Upon clicking on the target, the rarity of the blueprint that has been obtained will be revealed. The rarity of the blueprint obtained will differ, with S being the highest and C being the lowest. A minimum of 100 Starchroms is required to play the minigame, with 1000 Starchroms being the maximum amount per round.
