Upon arriving at the area, look for four traffic cones arranged in a square formation. Walk up to it then investigate the area.

While within the square, adjust your POV in a way that aligns the broken billboard.

Once you get the exact alignment, a Riddle Loot Spot Crate should appear in front of you. The Tactical Holographic Sight can be in the crate along with 2000 Energy Links, 6 Stellar Planula, and 1 Controller.

How to Equip Tactical Holographic Sight

Equip It In the OPTIC Slot of Your Weapon

Once Human -Tactical Holographic Sight
To equip the Reflex Sight, ensure you have a compatible weapon, such as the DB12, S870, KV-SBR, MPS5, MPS7, SOCR, KVD, MG4, KAM or M1 series weapon. Once you have one of these in your arsenal, simply attach the Reflex Sight to the OPTIC Slot to enhance your aim.
