The Frost Forge is teeming with Chaosium-crazed Vultures!
Once Human - Way of Winter Chaosium Frost Forge Farming
Coordinates: Vena Vjord - Frost Forge Bay (-2426, 5022)

For now, the best spot to farm Chaosium is Frost Forge in Vena Fjord, a level 29 zone crawling with Vultures. Each Vulture drops around 7-10 Chaosium, with elites giving you about 30 and more. Focus on this zone, take down elites when you can, and you'll be set.

As more areas like Ember Strand get unlocked, expect even more Chaosium farming spots to pop up.

Once Human - Way of Winter Chaosium Crafting
If you’ve got the right materials, you can also craft Chaosium at a Furnace. You’ll need 30 Cold Crystal Ore or 30 Hot Rock Ore along with 1 Acid to create 30 Chaosium.

Fuel for Thermal Tower

Once Human - Way of Winter Thermal Tower
The Thermal Tower relies on Chaosium as its fuel. The greater its temperature effect and radiation range, the faster it consumes Chaosium. If the Depot runs out of Chaosium, the Thermal Tower will shut down.

An active Thermal Tower generates Chaosium Waste, which you can purify once it reaches 80% capacity. Purification gives you a chance to recover usable Chaosium and other resources. However, during purification, be ready to defend your tower from incoming enemies.

Fuel for Chaosium Lanterns

Once Human - Way of Winter Chaosium Lantern

The Chaosium Lantern uses Chaosium to regulate temperature. When the temperature drops below 10, it raises it by 15; when it goes above 30, it reduces it by 15.

This versatile tool can be crafted at the workbench once you unlock Polar Expedition II memetic.
