The Treasure Infinite side quest is given automatically after defeating the Ravenous Hunter in the Monolith of Greed. You can gain access to this area during the Welcome Back main quest.

You can start The Treasure Infinite by going to the exact location indicated above in Dayton Wetlands and interacting with None (unlocked automatically).
Interactive Map and All Locations Guide
Simply head to Brookham Church and investigate Andy's body inside to complete the side quest. Don't forget to loot the Mystical Crate behind the pulpit containing blueprint fragments for the Camping Knife FRAG.
Be wary of the front entrance to the church as it's littered with a lot of enemies so it's best to be at the recommended level. Alternatively, you can climb the fence on the right side of the church and take the side entrance to meet fewer enemies.
