In Deviation: Survive, Capture, and Preserve scenario, you can find the Ice Pot at Hiverail Restricted Area (1267, 4654) , Tundra Monolith (2709, 4439), Mousseville (5241, 4627) and Fort Obsidian (5451, 3258).
Deviation SCP Guide

The quest to get Ice Pot can be received from Lowe when you speak to him in the Whalebone Settlement in Vena Fjord. Lowe will ask you to investigate the cold phenomenon in Fiskur Harbor.
The Ice Pot can be found by following a trail of ice formations in the pier. You'll then have to glide to a barge, just off the shore, and melt down the ice concealing this deviation using a torch or molotov.

To boost Ice Pot's Deviant Power and Mood Regeneration, place its Securement Unit in a location where it is in a cold environment exposed to Blue Light.
An environment that is between -30°C to - 5°C is considered cold, and Blue Lights can be built from the Furniture Menu. The Blue Light can be unlocked from the Basic Furniture II Node in the Building Memetics Skill Tree.

As a Crafting Deviant, Ice Pot mainly stays in its Securement Unit where it will continue to produce tactical items as long as its mood allows for it.
Ice Pot generates Sticky Ice Crystals. Throwing them creates large ice formations that also attach to other ice cubes.
