Collect Four Rosetta Chip Cards Open the Chip-Locked Loot Crate

Collect Four Rosetta Chip Cards

The Sketch of an Inspection side quest requires you to collect Rosetta Chip Cards from four different locations in Dayton Wetlands:

1. Eastern Teleportation Tower
2. Brookham Guardhouse
3. Inspection Point 7802
4. Inspection Point 3771

You can collect the chip cards in any order but it's recommended to start at the Eastern Teleporation Tower as its the furthest away, while the rest are closer to each other.

East Teleportation Tower

The entrance to the building is on the opposite side of the teleportation tower. The computer inside has a puzzle mini-game that gives the passcode: 9274, which is used to open the locked vault in the room containing the Rosetta Chip Card.

This puzzle mini-game is similar to the one found in the Harvest Season side quest and is not a requirement to open the vault if you already know the passcode.

Brookham Guardhouse

Pick up the teddy bear behind the satellite dish and place it among the group of teddy bears under the signal tower. A certain Miss Teddy Bear will then appear and give you the Rosetta Chip Card when you talk to her.

Inspection Point 7802

Enter the small building and simply read the files on the archive three times to obtain the Rosetta Chip Card at this location.

Inspection Point 3771

The Rosetta Chip Card at this location is located inside a chest on top of a truck. Simply climb the truck from the front and open the chest to get the Rosetta Chip Card.

Open the Chip-Locked Loot Crate

Once you have all four Rosetta Chip Cards, return to the satellite tower and open the chip-locked crate to claim your rewards and conclude the side quest.
