Apple currently has no known or reliable way to be obtained in the Way of Winter scenario of Once Human. Learn how to get Apple and why it's important in this guide.
Unfortunately, apple trees aren’t available in the Way of Winter scenario, even though Apple is essential for certain upgrades to the Thermal Tower.
If you're lucky enough to have Apples in your Spacetime Backpack, you can transfer them from there. Just keep in mind that they can still rot, even while stored in the Spacetime Backpack.

Many upgrades for the Thermal Tower of Way of Winter require Fertilizer - Growth Boost, which specifically has Apple for its ingredient, such as Greenhouse Agriculture, Efficient Refinement, and Ignium Chemistry.
