You can start There's a Dragon Here by going to the exact location indicated above in Broken Delta and interacting with Lowe.
There's a Dragon Here Walkthrough
Cook Dishes for the Chefosaurus Rex
Head to the restaurant in Sunbury and find the Chefosaurus Rex in the kitchen. You'll need to cook and submit the following dishes:
- Roasted Fruit Dish - Any roasted fruit.
- Roasted Meat Dish - Any roasted meat.
- Steak Combo - Learn Dishes II in Logistics.
If you already have them on hand, you can submit the dishes directly. Otherwise, there is a crate behind the Chefosaurus Rex that contains all the ingredients so you can cook them.
Once you've shown the Chefosaurus Rex all three dishes, capture it and return to Lowe to complete the side quest.
