The Mystical Crate is found on the apartment complex near the motel in Sunbury. You can get to it by climbing up to the vending machine near the parking lot and hopping up to the building. There you can get to the ladder. Climbi up and the crate will be in sight.

Sunbury Morphic Crate Location

Morphic Crates can be detected using the flashing indicator on your Cradle. When you are near a Morphic Crate, the indicator will blink yellow. Its blinking intervals will speed up the closer you get to the crate. Press Q to reveal the crate. Kill it to collect its contents.

Near the Hole on the Ground

Located near the hole on the ground, use your Spacetime and you will see the morphic crate. It will go around in circles.

Near the Riverbank

The morphic crate can be found near the river banks over the bridge on the northwest of Sunbury. You need to use your Spacetime to see it.
