Prior to the release of Lightforge Loot Crates, the Lucky Roulette was the name of the system used to obtain certain cosmetics (such as the Pyro Glide) that weren't available yet.

The 1.1 Update added in the Lightforge Loot Crates, replacing the Lucky Roulette.
