Charge Strength S is one of only two Main Skills in Pokemon Sleep that can have two different effects depending on the Pokemon who have them.

Use Main Skill Seed

You can use a Main Skill Seed to raise the level of Charge Strength S. The current maximum level for some Main Skills is level 7, while others are still only upgradable to level 6.
