You can use a Main Skill Seed to raise the level of Charge Strength S. The current maximum level for some Main Skills is level 7, while others are still only upgradable to level 6.
You can buy this item in the Premium Exchange store for 1,800 Sleep Points.
Main Skill Seed Effect and How to Get
If your Pokemon is able to evolve, it will automatically level up its Main Skill by 1 upon evolving. Take note that in some cases, such as evolving Eevee into one of its evolutions, its Main Skill may also change.
