"Zing Zap" Spiced Cola is one of the new recipes added in Version 2.0.0 with the introduction of the Old Gold Power Plant.
All of the new Old Gold Power Plant recipes apart from “Cross Chop” Salad require Rousing Coffee as one of their ingredients, which can be obtained by the newly introduced Pokemon in the Old Gold Power Plant area.
