Fully charge the Splatterscope while out of the line of sight, then start lining up your shot on a target once charged. There will be a visible line seen by everyone including enemies as you aim so be sure to aim and shoot quickly!
It's best not to move around while charging the Splatterscope as this hinders your movement and will make you a possible target.
When your team is under heavy fire, use the Ink Vac as a means of protection to absorb the enemy's ink. You can then perform a counter attack by releasing the absorbed ink on the enemy!
