Darkrai's skill Bad Dreams is good at quickly raising Snorlax's Strength when triggered. However, the drawback is very significant, reducing your helper Pokemon's Energy by 12 if they aren't Dark type.
This can negatively affect the amount of Strength you get in the long run, unless you are running a full Dark-type team.
