Extra Tasty dishes can randomly be made when cooking. Rumors have gone around as to how you can influence this chance, but there has been no proven method of increasing your Extra Tasty chance until the introduction of this skill.
Level | Effect |
---|---|
1 | Raises your Extra Tasty rate by 4%. |
2 | Raises your Extra Tasty rate by 5%. |
3 | Raises your Extra Tasty rate by 6%. |
4 | Raises your Extra Tasty rate by 7%. |
5 | Raises your Extra Tasty rate by 8%. |
6 | Raises your Extra Tasty rate by 10%. |
The effects of Tasty Chance S can stack. Triggering this skill multiple times allows your Extra Tasty chance to be boosted by up to 70%. The skill will no longer have an effect if it triggers again after reaching this limit.
Unlike Cooking Power-Up S, the effects of Tasty Chance S can go beyond one mealtime. The boosted Extra Tasty chance will only reset once you make an Extra Tasty dish or move to a new island, either at the start of the week or by using an E-Zzz Travel Ticket.
The following Pokemon will have Tasty Chance S as their Main Skill once you befriend and recruit them.

Tasty Chance S was added into the game during the Electric Type Week Event as Dedenne's Main Skill. This Event is being held in preparation for the Raikou Research Event where Electric-type Pokemon will be more helpful.
You can use a Main Skill Seed to raise the level of Tasty Chance S. The current maximum level for some Main Skills is level 7, while others are still only upgradable to level 6.
You can buy this item in the Premium Exchange store for 1,800 Sleep Points.
Main Skill Seed Effect and How to Get
If your Pokemon is able to evolve, it will automatically level up its Main Skill by 1 upon evolving. Take note that in some cases, such as evolving Eevee into one of its evolutions, its Main Skill may also change.

I think Cramorant can also have this main skill. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with all of these— just thought I’d mention it.
