Eevee Incense is used to attract Eevee and allows it to spawn after your sleep session regardless of your Sleep Type.
Take note that the Sleep Styles you'll be able to find Eevee doing will still depend on your Snorlax Rating.

There will be a set of special missions for Eevee Week, which will be held from November 20 to 27. These missions will be separate from the weekly missions but will follow a similar format.
It's likely that Eevee Incense will be one of the rewards for the special Eevee Week missions.
