Complete Special Challenges

To get the Pizza item, you need to complete the special challenge Build Lots of Stuff! which you can get when you visit Palette Town.

For this challenge, you need to build 15 structure kits on Palette Town.

Pokopia - Freezing Chambers Kit

To get the Pizza, you need to have created atleast 15 Kits on Palette Island. The three Legendary Bird locations do count as three building kits, so you just need 12 to complete it.

We recommend just going for Windmills for the rest of the way since they are pretty cheap to build and are quick to produce. Alternatively, you can also take your time and just let it take its course as you're building your islands.

Recipe Can Appear in the Pokemon Center Shop

Pokemon Pokopia - Eevee Item Recipe in Shop

The Recipe to Craft the Pizza can appear in the PC Shop at the Pokemon Center. Once bought, you can craft the Pizza at any Crafting Bench using 1 Pokemetal.

Burning-hot spice is the signature Habitat of Flareon. Keep in mind that while you can use any furniture for the seat and table, Flareon will not appear anywhere outside of Palette Town.

You can only get Flareon in Palette Town, but you can bring it to other areas after registering it to the Pokedex.
