 Glowing Spot with Guaranteed Doll
Location: A glowing block located just east of the Pokemon Center in Withered Wasteland will drop a guaranteed doll.
Bleak Beach Doll Locations
 Pikachu doll overworld location
Location: A Pikachu doll can be found inside an abandoned house on the remote island south of Bleak Beach.
Bleak Beach Doll Locations
 Eevee doll overworld location
Location: You can also find an Eevee doll in the same location as the Pikachu doll, just the next house.

Clefairy doll Clefairy Doll Randomly obtained from glowing spots on the ground in the Withered Wasteland.
Arcanine doll Arcanine Doll Randomly obtained from glowing spots on the ground in the Rocky Ridges.
Dragonite doll Dragonite Doll Randomly obtained from glowing spots on the ground in the Sparkling Skylands.
Ditto doll Ditto Doll Randomly obtained from glowing spots on the ground in the Withered Wasteland.
Substitute doll Substitute Doll Randomly obtained from glowing spots on the ground in the Withered Wasteland.

How to Find Dolls

Destroy Glowing Blocks

Break Blocks With Glowing Spot
There is a chance that you get a doll after breaking a glowing block. To destroy the blocks, you'll need to use the move Rock Smash.

Keep in mind that in besides dolls, you could get CDs, fossils, and relics.

Use a Dowsing Machine With a Search Pokemon

Use the Dowsing Machine
If you have the Dowsing Machine, you can use it with any Pokemon who has the Search specialty to help find all of the blocks with glowing spots.
