Found Around the Sparkling Skylands
Wastepaper is a common item found scattered around the Sparkling Skylands. Simply interact when you see one to take it.
Note that in order to access the biome, you must first reach Trainer Rank Ultra.

Crystal FragmentYou can also find Wastepapers by visiting Sky Dream Island. You can get there by giving Drifloon a Dragonite doll, which you may do once every day.
How to Use Wastepapers
Used to Create Paper
You can give your Wastepaper any Pokemon with the Recycle specialty and ask them to transform it into paper. Simply hold the item and speak to the Pokemon, selecting the first choice and the amount you wish to process.
