The Illuminate Specialty can enable Peakychu to illuminate a town and help other Pokemon become more active during the night in Pokemon Pokopia. See the list of Pokemon with Illuminate Specialty and how to use it here in this guide!

You can gain access to the Illuminate specialty once you've registered and befriended Peakychu in your Pokedex during the Brighten Things Up Request in Bleak Bleach.
Once Peakychu is registered, you can have Peakychu follow you to gain access to its Illuminate specialty.

Players can move Peakychu to other areas to help Ditto restore other wastelands and light up their towns, given that Peakychu is the only one with the Illuminate specialty.

The Illuminate Specialty enables Peakychu to illuminate a town and get other Pokemon that are inhabiting a town to be more active during the night when the specialty is active.

Do note that you will first need to build up enough electricity through a charging station first, which can be done by connecting the charging station to generators using utility poles.
From there, you will need to bring Peakychu to the charging station itself so that it charges up enough electrical power to use its Illuminate specialty.
