Follow Bulbasaur over to the workbench and you will obtain Simple Wooden DIY Recipes. Bulbasaur will request you to craft a Campfire for Professor Tangrowth.

Objective 2
To craft a campfire, you must have 2 Sturdy Sticks and 1 Stone. They can be picked up on the ground near the workbench.

Objective 3
Once you have crafted the Campfire, go to Professor Tangrowth's location and place it near him.

For completing this request, you can get Simple Wooden DIY Recipes as a reward.
