Dropped By a Wool Pokemon

Get Fluff from Wool Pokemon

Wool Pokemon, such as Mareep and Flaaffy, have a Litter specialty that allows them to drop Fluff in their habitat.

Once you have access to Bleak Beach, you may instantly unlock their habitat by clearing the water north-east of the Pokemon Center.
