Food can be gifted to any Pokemon, and certain Pokemon will have their own flavor preferences. Giving a Pokemon their favorite flavor of food will increase their Comfort Level significantly.

All types of Food can be used as ingredients for cooking, even cooked food! You can unlock cooking during the request where you save Chef Dente at Rocky Ridges. Chef Dente can also double the amount of food cooked thanks to its Specialty!

Eating food will also heal the PP of your moves, with cooked food upgrading the certain moves and fully heal PP.

Offering food to Mosslax will provide certain effects in all of your areas. These effects will last the whole day up until the time resets at 05:00 AM in your local time.
The Quality of the food offered will affect your boost, with cooked food giving the best versions of said buffs.

Some habitats require you to place food on them. You can use any food you have on hand and it will work unless specified.
