How to Claim Mystery Gifts
Claim at the Pokemon Center PC
Mystery Gifts can be obtained from the PC outside Pokemon Centers. Select the Get Items option in order to see the different methods of claiming Mystery Gifts.
Select the option to obtain a Mystery Gift via Internet distribution in order to obtain the Ditto Rug.
Unlocks After 30 Minutes of Gameplay
You will not have access to Mystery Gifts right away upon starting the game. You will need to play the game for around 30 minutes and go through the tutorial in order to have access to the Pokemon Center PC.
Nintendo Account Required
You must have a Nintendo account connected to your user profile in order to be able to obtain Mystery Gifts from the internet. Luckily, however, you do not need a Nintendo Online subscription in order to claim Mystery Gifts.
