For you to complete Machoke's Request, you must create the Grassy Training Field habitat. Once you have created the habitat, there's a chance that Machoke will appear in that habitat. Talk to Machoke to receive their request.

Pokemon Pokopia - Machoke Appears
Complete Grassy Training Field for Machoke to appear and talk to them. They will ask you to gather stones.

Pokemon Pokopia - Gather Stones
After accepting the request, Machoke will lead you to an area filled with stones. Gather 5 stones for Machoke to complete the request.
You can hold Y to gather multiple stones at once to expedite the process.

Talk to Machoke once again to complete the request, and they will teach you Strength!
