Step Objectives

Objective 1
Talk to Bulbasaur near his habitat and select the Do you need anything? option.

Objective 2
Go to your workbench and select the Straw Bed. To craft a Straw Bed, you must acquire 2 Leaf that can be found in the fields.

Objective 3
From your Inventory, select the Straw Bed that you crafted and place it near Bulbasaur's Habitat. This also completes A bed for a buddy request!

Objective 4
Complete the quest by checking the PC in the Pokemon Center. You’ll find that by raising Bulbasaur’s comfort level, you also raised your environment level to two, unlocking more items in the Shop.

For completing this request, you can get Environment Level 2 as a reward.
