Find a way to reach the top. The best way up is to place blocks to create makeshift stairs.

Use Rock Smash to reach the glowing yellow item. Pick it up once you're able to obtain the Dowsing Machine.

Objective 3
Show Hitmonchan the Dowsing Machine to complete the request.

Objective 4
The Dowsing Machine can be used to look for items buried underground. Simply have a Pokemon with the Search specialty to use it.

For completing this request, you can get Dowsing Machine as a reward. Make sure to follow each step if you need this reward to progress.
