You can attach Mysterious Slates that you find around the area to the Mysterious Mural. You will need to match them according to the corresponding Unknown Alphabet found on the back of the slate.

Attaching all 27 Slates to the correct symbols will unlock a secret.

Where to Find Mysterious Mural

Lower Right of Pokemon Center in Withered Wasteland

The Mysterious Mural can be found to the lower right of the Pokemon Center in the Withered Wasteland. You will need to break the wall there to find the hidden area. Afterwards, break the wall to the left where you see the chiseled blocks. This will uncover a set of stairs going down, which leads to the Mysterious Mural.
