Pokemon Pokopia - How to Recover PP
Recover PP by eating food or by visiting a Pokemon Center in Pokemon Pokopia. See all the ways to recover PP in this guide!

How to Recover PP

Eat Food

Leppa Berry
To recover PP, you can eat food you find as you progress. The easiest source of this is berries, which grow on common trees. You can spawn one by simply watering a patch. Headbutt the tree to collect the berries and store them for later use.

Other food, such as crops, can also help you recover PP.

Hold Down A While Eating To Max Out PP

Fully Recovered PP
If you hold down A while holding food, you can continuously recover PP until it either maxes out your bar, or you run out of food.

Rest on a Bed or a Chair

Resting on a Seat
Resting on a Bed or a Chair will also help you gradually recover PP, but it is slow compared to other methods.

Let Time Pass

Resting at Home

Once you have built your home, your character will wake up in their bed the next time you start the game. The more time that's passed, the more PP gets recovered. If you do not have a house yet, you will spawn at the Pokemon Center and your PP will not recover.

Go to a Pokemon Center

Pokemon Center Recover PP
Once you've rebuilt a Pokemon Center, one of its main uses is to help you recover PP. If you don't have any food in your inventory, going to a Pokemon Center is the easiest way to restore it.

Keep in mind that you can only recover using the Pokemon Center once a day.

Serves as Ditto's Stamina

PP Stamina Bar
PP serves as Ditto's stamina system. It allows you to use any of your unlocked moves and is shown as the blue bar at the top of the move wheel.

Makes Ditto Tired if Used Empty

Empty PP Warning

If you use any moves with an empty PP meter, Ditto will get tired and may slow your progress. Make sure to keep your PP filled or at least carry some food with you as you go around!
