While in the grass or dirt, use Rototiller in order to create crop fields that can be used to plant seeds.

Rototiller can be learned from Drilbur when you encounter and accept their request.

Select seeds from your Inventory for you to hold and plant in seeds. While holding, aim towards any field that you have created and press A to plant them!

Ways to Water Plants

Use Water Gun to Grow

Water Planted Seeds to Grow Crops
Seeds planted in tilled soil may require water in order for the crops to grow. You can use Water Gun to water these crops if you do not have an irrigation system to automatically water them for you.

Place Plants Near a Water Source

Place plants near a water source and they'll constantly be dampened by the stream of water. A good place of water is Drillbur's place located on the left side of Pokemon Center on Withered Wasteland.

Use Pokemon With Water Specialty

Pokemon with a Water Specialty can aid you on watering plants. However, you must have a basin naerby that is filled with water for the Pokemon to do this. Use a Water Gun to fill the basin with water.

How to Harvest Crops

Press Y to Pick Crops

Press Y to pick up crops that you have planted. Wait until they're fully grown and go near them to pick them up. You can only pick them one-by-one using this method.

Cut to Harvest Faster

You can use Cut to harvest your crops quickly. Make sure you are aiming directly on the block where the crop is placed and press ZR! Hold Y to inhale all of the cut crops at the same time.

This is the best method to harvest crops in bulk. Eating power dishes allows you to cut more crops in a wider field!

Water Dry Crops

Use Water Gun to water dry crops to fully turn them into harvestable crops. They'll be darker in color to indicate that they are dampened with water.

There are dry, wilted crops you may find as you explore. Water these when you encounter them, and they may turn into harvestable crops for you.
