You will need to complete the Brighten Things Up request in order to wake Mosslax up. You will need to increase the brightness of Bleak Beach by completing the requests of its residents.

Once you finish the important request, wait until Mosslax gives you another request. To complete the request, you must place a plate and food in front of Mosslax. Once this quest is finished, you will be able to give offerings to Mosslax every day.

You can find Mosslax in the cave to the northeast of Bleak Beach.

Offer Food to Mosslax
You can only offer food to Mosslax once per day. If you wish to take advantage of another effect, you may time travel in order to offer another plate of food.
