Set Up New Habitats
Set up habitats that can attract Pokemon with the Water Specialty, with the easiest one being the Tall Grass Habitat, which attracts Squirtle, as part of the game's tutorial.

Build Habitats for Water Pokemon
Most of the Pokemon with Water Specialty are Water-type Pokemon. Aim to build habitats for these Pokemon once you get hints for them to befriend more Pokemon with the Water specialty!

How to Use Water Specialty
Create a Filled Water Basin
To use the Water specialty, start by creating a Water Basin, and then filling it up using Water Gun.
To maximize efficiency, make sure to place the Water Basin near dry areas, or near crops to have Water Pokemon work automatically.
Automatically Water Dry Areas and Crops
With the Water Basin set up, a Pokemon with the Water Specialty will automatically water dry areas and crops.
Pokemon with the Water Specialty water several tiles at a time, before needing to return to the Basin and get more water. After watering for a while, Pokemon will get tired, and must be fed Berries to get them to work again.
