Sparkling Skylands Environment
Contains Floating Islands
Sparkling Skylands contains several floating islands that used to be Celadon City and Saffron City. You can reach these islands after unlocking the Glide move from Dragonite.
The questline in this area involves rebuilding the Celadon Department Store at the northern floating island in hopes of bringing the humans that disappeared.
Pokemon Center Has Concrete Flooring
The Pokemon Center in Sparkling Skylands has a concrete flooring and LED lights. It is located at the southwestern side of the central island of the area.

You can rebuild the Pokemon Center after raising the Environment Level to 3, purchasing the Pokemon Center Rebuilding Kit from the Shop for 1000 Life Coins, and adding the required materials and Pokemon.
